Our Story
Built on values handed down for generations.
Faith, honesty, integrity and self-reliance were passed down long before there was a business to run. So was hospitality: a grandmother who immigrated from Newfoundland and was welcomed into a new community, and a family home built on the site of a historic trading post, a place where strangers met to trade and build something together.
The company started out in general cleaning as Associated Services Cleaning and Restoration, then narrowed its focus to what families needed most: specialized water-loss restoration. Along the way our founder learned, sometimes the hard way, to trade confrontation for patience. That lesson shapes how we treat every homeowner, adjuster and crew member today.
Why “Xenos”?
Xenos is the Greek word for stranger, the person hospitality exists for. When disaster turns your home upside down, we show up as strangers and aim to leave as neighbors.
